Tomorrow night, (March 14) at 11pm, Soundgarden is filming an episode of DirectTV's Guitar Center Sessions live from the rooftop of the Starr Building in downtown Austin, Texas. A limited number of wristbands will be made available to the public.
Soundgarden will be headlining night three of the iTunes Festival at SXSW in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Superunknown (available on iTunes for pre-order on March 11th). Chris Cornell, Matt Cameron, Kim Thayil and Ben Shepherd will perform the album front to back for the first time ever.

To celebrate 20 years of Superunknown – SOUNDGARDEN is reissuing the album on June 3rd, 2014. The re-issue editions include rare demos, rehearsal recordings, and more.
On Record Store Day – Soundgarden is releasing a limited edition set of five 10″ vinyls of Superunknown. These will only be available at your local record store on April 19th, 2014

It is with regret that the upcoming December 5th Chris Cornell concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, Florida and the December 6th concert at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida will be cancelled. After Chris was forced to cancel the November 27th show in Delaware to rest his shoulder for 2 days, he returned to the tour in Atlanta at Center Stage last night. This morning, the doctor has advised complete rest as the injury has worsened.

Chris Cornell regrets to announce that he will be unable to perform tonight at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware, due to a severe shoulder strain sustained today.
Chris had hoped to be able to make the show tonight, but doctors have advised that he rests. The date will be rescheduled as soon as possible, and all tickets will be honored. Chris would like to apologize to everyone, especially those who have traveled to Wilmington for the show.
Soundgarden is confirmed to play Lollapalooza Brazil in 2014.
