Chris Cornell To Sign Songbook at Vintage Vinyl
Chris Cornell is set to appear at an in-store event at Vintage Vinyl in Fords, New Jersey on Saturday, November 26th at 3:30pm EST as part of this year’s 'Back To Black Friday'.
His appearance at Vintage Vinyl coincides with the vinyl release of his brand new all-acoustic album, Songbook,and is a gesture the artist felt compelled to make in honor of his support for indie record stores, and in recognition and appreciation of the mom and pop stores being an integral part of getting music to fans.
Soundgarden will also release their Before The Doors Soundcheck EP on vinyl (UMe)— 5 incredible live rehearsal performances recorded at soundcheck during the band’s 1996 tour and featuring a version of The Doors’ “Waiting For The Sun.”
There is limited capacity at the event so instructions for admission are as follows:

Must pre-order or purchase the new Chris Cornell “Songbook” CD, LP , or the Soundgarden LP” before the doors” at Vintage Vinyl Records.
Pre-ordering can only be done at the physical location. Vintage Vinyl Records Fords, NJ
No internet or phone orders will be accepted.
You will receive a wristband that will grant you access to the event. You must be wearing the wristband for admittance.
The number of people that will admitted is limited so we encourage pre-orders.
Chris will be signing only ONE of the three titles listed above per person.
Please DO NOT bring any other items to be signed. Customers bringing other items will be ejected from the line.

Four more tracks from ‘Songbook’ streaming online!
Four additional tracks from Chris Cornell's upcoming 'Songbook' album are now streaming online at Billboard.com.
Doesn't Remind Me, Wide Awake, Call Me A Dog and Black Hole Sun are from Songbook EP2, which will be released for download on iTunes tomorrow, Tuesday November 15.
Songbook will be released in full on November 21.

Due to laryngitis caused by flu, Chris Cornell is unable to perform tonight. Four tracks taken from Chris Cornell's upcoming acoustic solo album 'Songbook' are now available to buy on iTunes (US only) HERE.
In a groundbreaking new 3-part initiative, Songbook EP 1 (4 tracks) has been released today (Nov 1) on iTunes, with Songbook EP 2 (4 tracks) following on Tuesday 15. On November 21, the entire Songbook album will be available worldwide on iTunes and through other retailers.
Songbook EP 1 consists of 'As Hope And Promise Fade', 'Scar On The Sky', 'I Am the Highway' and 'Like A Stone'.
